Avid heeft Pro Tools 9 uitgebracht. De belangrijkste verandering is dat Pro Tools nu ook werkt met audio-interfaces van derden. Dit betreft Core Audio interfaces voor de Mac en ASIO-interfaces voor Windows. Je hoeft dus geen geluidskaart van Avid meer te kopen om met Pro Tools te kunnen werken.Avid has released Pro Tools 9. The most important change is the compatibility with third party audio interfaces (Core for Mac and ASIO for Windows). So if you want to use Pro Tools you don’t need to buy an audio interface made by Avid anymore.
