Het samplepakket Animato van ToneScape is alweer een paar weken uit, maar zeker de moeite waard. Animato bevat meer dan 1.000 samples en loops in de categorieën Alien, Field recording, Fx, Loops, Moog, Percussion, Tonal en Vocals.ToneScape’s Animato samplepack is out for a few weeks, but definitely worth checking. Animato contains over 1,000 samples and loops classified in the categories Alien, Field recording, Fx, Loops, Moog, Percussion, Vocals and Tonal.

amel Audio meldt dat Alchemy Player nu gratis beschikbaar is. De VST-plug-in is een eenvoudige versie van de synthesizer Alchemy. Alleen de knoppen die het meest gebruikt worden bij het bespelen van de synthesizer zijn aanwezig.Camel Audio reports that Alchemy Player is freely available now. The VST plug-in is a simple version of the Alchemy synthesizer. Only Alchemy’s performance buttons are presented in the user interface.

De vijf video’s geven een aantal interessante tips en trucs voor deze drummachine: automatisering, slicen en remixen van loops, midi mapping en de functie Retro Record. Het komt vaak voor dat applicaties worden “gepoort” van pc naar iPad of iPhone, maar bij de bleep!BOX is het juist omgekeerd. Deze drumcomputer/synthesizer is al een tijdje beschikbaar voor de mobiele apparaten van Apple en is sinds kort beschikbaar als vst-plugin. Most of the time applications are converted from pc to iPad or iPhone, but bleep!BOX is different. This drumcomputer/ synthesizer is already available for a while for Apple’s mobile devices. Recently the vst version of bleep!BOX is released for pc and Mac.

Misschien kun je ze nu nog niet gebruiken in je muziek, maar het is altijd natuurlijk leuk om deze te hebben voor latere producties of om inspiratie op te doen.This week a lot of free samples are launched by different producers. Maybe they don’t fit in your music today, but it’s always cool to have them on your hard drive for future productions or for some inspiration.

Josh Mobley stelt zijn refill Hybrid Aggression Beats gratis beschikbaar aan de Reason/ Record gemeenschap. Deze refill bevat loops in rex-formaat die zijn opgenomen voor het televisieprogramma Wanted van TNT Networks.Record 1.5/ Reason 5 has just been released or a new refill has been launched. Josh Mobley gives the refill Hybrid Aggression Beats away for free to the Reason/ Record community. This refill contains loops in the rex format which were recorded for the TV show Wanted on TNT Networks.
