Iliadis stelt zijn vijf orgel-emulaties gratis beschikbaar via zijn website. De VST-plugins klinken behoorlijk goed en vergen niet veel van de CPU. Iliadis has set its five organ emulations available for free. The VST instruments sound quite good and are CPU friendly.

Een tijdje geleden was er nog een “betaal wat je wil”-actie voor deze VST-plugin, maar nu heeft de softwaremaker helaas zijn activiteiten moeten stopzetten. Dit meldt forumlid pheeleep op KVR. Het gratis aanbod is zeer genereus, zeker gezien het feit dat de plugin aanvankelijk voor €150 werd verkocht.From now the guitar synthesizer Spicy Guitar will be offered for free by Keolab. Op de website van Micah Frank kun je nu gratis Tectonic downloaden, een compilatie van sonificaties van aardbevingen die door wetenschappers in de Verenigde Staten zijn gemeten. The folks at PureMagnetic do not only offer special, low priced sample instruments for Ableton Live, but sometimes also give away some generous goodies. On Micah Frank’s website the sample instrument Tectonic is available for free. Tectonic is a compilation of earthquake sonifications , measured by scientists in the United States.
