Bij dancemuziek wordt vaak sidechain-compressie gebruikt om het bekende pompende effect te krijgen. Voor beginnende Reason-gebruikers kan het lastig zijn om sidechaining toe te passen.

Propellerhead Software-specialist James Bernard laat in de onderstaande video zien hoe sidechain-compressie klinkt en hoe je dit kunt toepassen in Reason.
