Image-Line heeft FL Studio 10 gelanceerd. Naast een flink aantal verbeteringen aan bestaande onderdelen beschikt de sequencer nu met Newtone en Pitcher over tools voor toonhoogtecorrectie en het creëren van harmonieën. Voor Newtone en Pitcher moet je extra betalen, maar door de Pay What You Want-actie hoeft dat niet veel te kosten.
Het uiterlijk en innerlijk van FL Studio 10 is flink aangepakt. Zo wordt de mixer nu een stuk groter in beeld gebracht en zie je hierin nu de golfvormen voor iedere track voorbij komen tijdens het afspelen. Voor de liefhebber van grote samplebibliotheken voor bijvoorbeeld Kontakt is er goed nieuws. De sequencer beschikt nu over een wrapper voor 64-bits plug-ins, zodat deze overweg kunnen met gesamplede instrumenten tot 192 gigabyte groot. Natuurlijk moet je dan wel over een 64-bits Windows-systeem beschikken.
Daarnaast zijn een paar features ingebouwd die bij de concurrentie al lang gemeengoed zijn. Erg handig is de Autosave-functie, waarbij FL Studio een project om de zoveel tijd automatisch opslaat. Ook de door gebruikers veelgevraagde plug-in delay compensation (PDC) is nu eindelijk toegevoegd aan de sequencer.

With this wrapper sampled instruments up to a size of 192 gigabytes can be loaded. Of course your Windows system must be 64-bits in order to use this feature.
There are also a couple of other new features that has long been commonplace for competitors. Very useful is the Auto Save feature, which lets FL Studio save projects automatically at time intervals. The much requested plug-in delay compensation (PDC) is finally added to the sequencer.
