GForce Software heeft de prijs van impOSCar tijdelijk verlaagd naar €39, een reductie van 60 procent. Wie deze klassieke vst-synthesizer koopt, krijgt daarnaast €29 korting op de langverwachte opvolger impOSCar 2. De laatste werd alweer bijna twee jaar geleden door GForce aangekondigd en gedemonstreerd op de NAMM 2009 beurs.GForce Software has reduced the price for impOSCar to €39, a 60 percent reduction on normal price. After buying this classic vst synthesizer you can get a €29 euro discount on the long expected successor impOSCar 2, which was announced and demonstrated by GForce almost two years ago on the NAMM 2009.

Terwijl de marketingmachine de afgelopen maandag volle toeren draaide voor Sonar 8.5 inclusief een paar goodies, werkte Cakewalk hard aan een nieuwe versie van zijn sequencer. Sonar X1 wordt op 8 december a.s. gelanceerd. Met de verrassende X1-benaming (in plaats van 9) wil Cakewalk vermoedelijk benadrukken dat de sequencer flink is aangepakt en klaar is voor de toekomst.Cakewalk has announced Sonar X1, the successor of Sonar 8.5. The new version of the sequencer will be available from December 8th. With the X1 in the name the company probably wants to state that the sequencer is totally overhauled and ready for the future.

Geist wordt op 17 november aanstaande gelanceerd en gaat €189 kosten, meldt FXpansion op zijn YouTube-kanaal. Het ziet er naar uit dat Guru nu eindelijk een opvolger krijgtFXpansion has announced a new drum machine with a build in sequencer and effects. Geist is to be released on November 17th and will cost $249 / £157 / €189, FXpansion mentions on their YouTube channel. With Geist good old Guru might finally get a successor.
