Het aardige is dat ElectroBeats ook de drumgeluiden bevat die Guetta heeft gebruikt voor de single Who’s that chick van Rihanna.Uvi.net has released ElectroBeats, a drummachine for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. David Guetta, one of today’s most popular DJ’s, is responsible for the sounds of this app. A nice detail is that ElectroBeats also has the drum sounds that Guetta used for Rihanna’s song Who’s that chick.

In de korte tijd na de introductie van touchAble voor de iPad heeft de app met versie 1.1 enorm veel nieuwe functionaliteit gekregen. In de onderstaande video kun je de nieuwe features in werking zien van deze iPad-controller voor Ableton Live. Onder andere zijn dat tempoverandering, het aantal tracks op het scherm, de clipgrootte, en “relatieve schuifknoppen”.Shortly after the introduction, touchAble has lots of new features with the new 1.1 version. Dit betreft Core Audio interfaces voor de Mac en ASIO-interfaces voor Windows. Je hoeft dus geen geluidskaart van Avid meer te kopen om met Pro Tools te kunnen werken.Avid has released Pro Tools 9. The most important change is the compatibility with third party audio interfaces (Core for Mac and ASIO for Windows). So if you want to use Pro Tools you don’t need to buy an audio interface made by Avid anymore.
