Steinberg and Focusrite launch new usb audio interfaces

The name is due to the two microphone inputs and two outputs. Focusrite says that the amplifiers are of the same quality as their more expensive products. The Scarlett 2i2 costs € 159, reports Gearjunkies. The following video introduces the Scarlett 2i2:

Steinberg’s audio interface is for users with a slightly larger budget. The compact 24-bit/96 KHz UR28M desktop interface connects to your PC or Mac via USB. It features two microphone inputs, two line inputs and six outputs. The interface is particularly interesting for Cubase users, because it integrates seamlessly with the software.
