Reason soon gets an update to version 6.5. After this update it is finally possible to use external plug-ins. Propellerhead has developed their own plug-in format, the Rack Extension. In the following video you can watch see an early Rack Extension of Bitspeek in action, this is a plug-in made by Sonic Charge. The video shows how plug-ins will be integrated in Reason 6.5.
