Reason Rack Extensions suffer under bad CPU performance
(Nederlands) Een paar maanden geleden werd Rack Extensions (RE) geïntroduceerd door Propellerhead Software, het nieuwe plug-in-formaat dat speciaal is ontwikkeld voor Reason. Nu de eerste RE’s zijn verschenen valt op dat deze plug-ins de cpu veel meer belasten dan andere plug-in-formaten. Zo is de cpu-belasting van de RE’s ongeveer tot twee keer zo hoog als vergelijkbare VST-plug-ins. Continue reading
